Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Brickell)

Compensation: Depending on experience.
Employment type: full-time
The Administrative Assistant position consists of performing clerical, secretarial and receptionist functions. Our firm has in place detailed procedures for every administrative and legal task required to run the practice. Therefore, the ideal candidate, will be sharp and detail oriented, in order to learn and follow all procedures. The Administrative Assistant manages the lawyer's calendar, schedules meetings, confirms appointments, drafts engagement letters, and keeps administrative tasks that he/she is assigned up to date among many more responsibilities.
Candidates must have prior law or accounting firm experience, the ability to work in a fast pace environment and possess native Spanish-language fluency. As part of the interview process, candidates will perform a translation exercise.
